Refund Policy

At the Global Excellence Honours Group Ltd, we strive to maintain a transparent and fair financial ecosystem for all participating international schools. Please review our refund policies for the Global Education Summit & Excellence Awards carefully.

1. Initial Registration Fee The £50 application processing fee covers the administrative costs and independent academic evaluation of your submission. This fee is strictly non refundable, regardless of whether the application successfully passes the regional shortlisting phase or not.

2. The Finalist Package (£3,000) Only schools selected on merit as National Finalists are invited to purchase the £3,000 Global Participation & Showcase Package to attend the UK Grand Finale.

We strongly advise all delegates to begin their UK visa applications immediately upon selection. However, we acknowledge that travel issues can occur. If a school pays the Finalist Package fee but is ultimately unable to attend the UK event (due to visa denials, travel restrictions, or other unforeseen emergencies), the following policy applies:

  • Partial Refund: The school will receive a 30% refund of the Finalist Package fee.
  • Award Delivery: Your merit is still celebrated. Your official certification and physical award trophy will be securely shipped to your school’s registered address.
  • Continued Media Benefits: You will still receive the extensive digital branding, media coverage, and podcast features included in your package, ensuring your global exposure remains intact.

3. Processing of Refunds All approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (via Stripe UK) within 14–21 business days. Any international bank charges or currency conversion discrepancies incurred during the refund process are the responsibility of the applicant.

4. Event Modifications In the highly unlikely event that the Global Excellence Honours Group Ltd must cancel the in-person UK Grand Finale without providing a suitable alternative (such as a rescheduled date or a comprehensive virtual summit), affected finalists will be contacted directly to arrange appropriate partial or full refunds
