Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Global Education Summit & Excellence Awards 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your participation in the awards program organized by the Global Excellence Honours Group Ltd. By registering for the awards, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility & Participation

  • The awards are open to high-performing international schools globally, including but not limited to those offering IB, Cambridge, and other recognized international curriculums.
  • By submitting an application, the school confirms that all provided information, including measurable outcomes and supporting media, is accurate, authentic, and verified by the school’s leadership.
  • The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any institution found to have provided false or misleading information, at any stage of the process.

2. Registration & Application Process

  • To enter, schools must submit a secure online application and upload a Digital Portfolio.
  • The Digital Portfolio must include a brief outline of the initiative, evidence of measurable outcomes, relevant supporting documents, and a presentation video.
  • Applications are not considered complete until the processing fee is successfully processed.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Registration Fee: A non refundable evaluation and processing fee of £50 (or equivalent in local currency, such as ₹5,000) is required for all initial submissions.
  • Finalist Package: If a school is selected by the independent jury as a National or Global Finalist, participation in the UK Grand Finale requires the purchase of the Global Participation & Showcase Package, priced at £3,000.
  • All payments are securely processed online via Stripe UK, supporting international cards.
  • Any bank charges, international transaction fees, or currency conversion fees incurred during payment are the responsibility of the \ applicant.

4. Judging & Evaluation

  • All submissions are evaluated by an independent academic jury panel and UK advisors
    to maintain a purely merit-based ecosystem.
  • Scoring is based on a transparent 100-point criteria: Innovation (20%), Impact (20%), Measurable Outcomes (20%), Digital Portfolio Presentation (15%), Interview/Jury Interaction (15%), and Scalability (10%).
  • The decisions of the jury and the Global Excellence Honours Group Ltd are final. No correspondence or appeals will be entered into regarding the final scores or selected finalists.

5. Intellectual Property & Media Rights

  • By submitting an application, the school grants Global Excellence Honours Group Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the school’s name, logo, presentation video, and portfolio content for promotional, marketing, and media purposes.
  • The £3,000 Finalist Package includes extensive branding, media coverage, and podcast features. The school agrees to participate in these media features as part of the UK Grand Finale.

6. Event Attendance & Travel

  • The UK Grand Finale will be hosted at a premium academic venue in a London, Oxford, or Cambridge city.
  • The £3,000 Finalist Package includes delegation passes, venue access, and a networking dinner.
  • It does not include flights, accommodation, visa processing fees, or ground transportation.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the participating school delegates to secure the necessary UK travel visas. Global Excellence Honours Group Ltd is not liable if a delegate is denied entry to the UK.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Registration Fee: The initial £50 evaluation and processing fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Finalist Package: We understand that international travel can be subject to unforeseen disruptions, including visa denials or travel restrictions. If a school has paid the £3,000 Global Participation & Showcase Package but is unable to attend the UK Grand Finale:
    • A refund of 30% of the Finalist Package fee will be returned to the original
      payment method.
    • The school retains its status as a winner. The official certification and physical
      award trophy will be shipped directly to the school’s registered home address.
    • The school will continue to receive the digital branding, media coverage, and
      podcast features included in the package.
  • Global Excellence Honours Group Ltd reserves the right to modify the venue, date, or format of the UK Grand Finale due to acts of God or matters beyond our reasonable control. In such events, alternative arrangements (such as a virtual summit) will be provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Excellence Honours Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the awards program or attendance at the UK event.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
